Born in Incheon, South Korea in 1994, Yoon majored in Library and Information Science at Yonsei University and now is Ph.D. candidate in modern Korean literature at the same university's graduate school.
He writes and translates poetry
and enjoys playing more than studying—though sometimes finds joy in studying as playing.
Believing that knowledge should not be privatized but shared for the benefit of society,
Yoon actively engages in initiatives related to social innovation, civic participation, social value, and the public good and has served as a judge for both domestic and international programs and competitions in the social innovation field.
He holds a Level-2 Certified Librarian qualification issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Republic of Korea) which makes him as a curator.

Yoon was officially recognized as the very first “Social Innovator” at Yonsei university upon the university’s founding designation.

사회 혁신 활동, 사회 참여, 소셜밸류, 사회적 가치 관련 활동을 하며, 관련 프로그램과 국내&국제 대회의 심사 위원으로도 활동 중이다
연세대학교 개교 제1호 사회혁신가를 인증받았다
